Hank goes into the studio and records those exact lyrics. He even spells out Caz's nickname in the song! "C-A-S-A-N-O-V-A, and the fly girls love the way I spin." Hank was rapping Caz's own name, Casanova Fly, on the track because he didn't even change the words!
